Downtown Cleveland Alliance Endorses Issue 3

Today, the Downtown Cleveland Alliance (DCA) formally announced its support for State Issue 3. The Alliance joins the Greater Cleveland Partnership in its backing of the constitutional amendment that would legalize casino gambling in Cleveland, Toledo, Cincinnati and Columbus.

Cleveland Beer Week is Here

A week-long celebration of craft brews, is finally here! From October 16th through the 24th, the first annual Cleveland Beer Week will take place. The event was established as a not-for-profit, collaborative celebration to raise awareness of and education for the strong American and imported craft brew industry, while promoting patronage at local establishments and energizing the region. Quite a lot for just one week.

Clean Up Cleveland a success!

On Sunday, September 20th, more than 10 community members spent several hours cleaning up multiple stretches of downtown city road. The task force was able to accumulate 23 bags of trash totaling 759 gallons of waste in the area of Scranton road between University and Carter roads as well as Commercial Road under the bridge.

On Thursday, October 15th, the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and City Club New Leaders will host the 3rd of their 4 part Downtown Quarterly Series. The upcoming panel discussion will focus on Downtown’s role in helping Cleveland companies attract top talent.
