On Thursday, October 15th, the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and City Club New Leaders will host the 3rd of their 4 part Downtown Quarterly Series. The upcoming panel discussion will focus on Downtown’s role in helping Cleveland companies attract top talent.
Location has become a dominant factor in a company’s ability to attract an educated workforce. More than just a good job, employees want their working environment to add to their quality of life. How can a dynamic location impact a company’s competitive edge in attracting talent? How does the growing demand for urban living impact that edge? What aspects of downtown Cleveland need to be better developed in order to create the optimum environment?
The October 15th event will be moderated by Cleveland Plain Dealer Columnist Michael McIntyre. The panel includes:

Daniel’s involvement in workforce development organizations and his role at GCP give him a unique perspective into the needs of regional companies and the needs of the regions’ workforce.
Chris Seper, Co-Founder of MedCity News
