Video from the January 21st State of Downtown Forum

Back in January, DCA and City Club New Leaders brought together a lively panel to discuss the issues and trends facing downtowns in Ohio. The panelists also talked about which development projects are currently moving forward in Ohio cities, and how we can continue to develop the urban core in the midst of the current economy. The panel included:

Special Wine Dinner at Sushi Rock Tomorrow!

DetermiNation – Cleveland Networking Event

On Tuesday, March 2nd (6:00 – 8:00pm) there will be a networking event at the Winking Lizard Independence (6901 Rockside Rd….typically we don’t promote events outside downtown, but this is a good cause and for a signature event for our region).This event will be an opportunity to network with fellow runners and learn more about DetermiNation Cleveland.

Snow+Fun = Brite Winter Festival

2010 Brite Winter Festival will take place on Saturday, February 27th! The festival will feature, music, art, fire (you have to keep warm after all), food, sporting fun and much more. The event is from 5pm – 10pm

On the Thursday of Restaurant Week, 2/25, Sushi Rock is hosting a special Restaurant Week Wine Dinner at our downtown Cleveland location. Rebecca Loewy, wine enthusiast and educator from Old Bridge Cellars will be at Sushi Rock! For only $10 in addition to the $30 prix fix menu – guests can participate in this wine dinner. Got City GAME Winners Announced!

They flung frozen turkeys, bagged worm poop, and bucked a mechanical bull to earn points. They answered questions about Cleveland’s business, education and neighborhood assets. And they collected votes from viewers around the world.
