The Flats East Bank development, a $275 million development along the banks of the Cuyahoga River, finally has its financing in place and will begin construction almost immediately. This exciting new development will include a dramatic new 18-story home for Ernst & Young as well as a new hotel situated next to all the night life and residential neighborhoods of the Warehouse District. In addition to the new buildings, the first phase of the project will feature a dramatic 14 acre park along side the river, creating a wide open green space for city residents, employees and visitors to enjoy.
