The Bridge Project: Walking Cleveland’s Old Subway

This past weekend my girlfriend and I went to the Bridge Project. This was such a cool event and yet another reason to enjoy living in the city (and near downtown). It is run by the same people who put on Ingenuity Fest. But in this case, they opened up the lower level of the Detroit-Superior Bridge to pedestrians. This wasn’t like what the county engineer does twice per year however. This past weekend, there was art on display (and some of it for sale), food and beer to consume, music to listen to, cool lighting for awesome effects, incredible views on a misty/rainy day and an overall unique atmosphere. What a cool place to have an event?! We caught ourselves commenting time and again that this was awesome. This is totally unique to Cleveland and yet another reason to love it here.
