At Downtown Cleveland Alliance’s annual DCIC Board Meeting on November 4th, 2010, board members elected two new members to the DCIC Board and reelected six current members to serve a new three (3) year term.
The DCIC Board welcomed two (2) new members for a three (3) year term to fill vacancies that were created by Jack Herrick and Allan Krulak. They include:
• Rev. Dr. R. Mark Giuliano, Pastor, Old Stone Church
• Bill Stevens, Senior Property Manager, Commonwealth REIT
Mark Giuliano has been Pastor of Old Stone Church and a Downtown condo owner since his arrival in Cleveland in 2008. Since that time Mark has been actively involved on numerous taskforces, committees, and foundations throughout the community. During his time at Old Stone he has created a variety of mission programs, hosted meetings on behalf of the City, DCA, and other members in the downtown community.
Joe Marinucci, President and CEO of Downtown Cleveland Alliance said “Mark has positioned himself as an active leader in our community through his continued support and involvement on a number of Downtown initiatives and programs. We are excited to have him join our board during this very exciting time in Downtown.”
Senior Property Manager of Commonwealth REIT, representing North Point Office Tower, Bill Stevens is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Cleveland, the Cleveland Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors. Previously, Stevens was senior real estate manager of CB Richard Ellis in Cleveland and was the past-president of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
“Bill’s impressive background in the Cleveland area shows his commitment to both the city and region and makes him a great addition to the DCIC Board of Directors. We look forward to working with both Mark and Bill in this new year, said Marinucci.”
In addition to the election of two new members, the following six board members were reelected for a new three (3) year term:
