Sparx Thursday Night Live, an after work block party that takes place four Thursdays in a row on W.9th Street, will kick off on July 23rd. TNL takes place from 5 – 9pm on July 23rd, July 30th, August 6th and August 13th . West 9th Street (between Johnson Ct. and St. Clair) will be shut down to car traffic and open to anyone!
